THE MICHELINA HAT does anyone who knows how to crochet want to test this hat pattern out for me???

i just wrote it out using rowan's tapestry and classic elite's miracle. i tried out some different techniques with this pattern and i like it much better. i have yet to photograph the new hat, though. i'm trying to find a girl with blue eyes to model it for me. they're harder to find down south than i thought., the mexicans really ARE taking over!
one of my co-workers has the biggest blue eyes in the world, but refuses to get in front of the camera. help! i really don't want another picture of myself in yet another hat. anyone with blue eyes interested??? i'll send you the hat, but you have to promise to send it back and treat it with care, because the yarn i used is extra fancy time.
oh oh which reminds me. there was this girl that came into the store yesterday. she looked just like what i imagine show white to really look like. she was sooooo cute. she had porcelain skin, giant blue eyes and dark dark brown hair. i didn't want to keep staring at her, so i just left the room and tackled the huge pile of peruvian cotton that had fallen out of the shelves.
i also give instructions to make this hat:

(minus the earflaps)
(except the rows between popcorn rows are worked in sc, not tr as shown above.)
the hat below also follows the same idea, only the yarn is a bulkier weight, so i worked fewer rows and a fatter brim.

any help woudl be appreciated. i'm going to put the pattern up for sale on ravelry, etsy and my site, but those of you testing would of course get the pattern for free. i'd have the lovely ladies at work test it out, but they're all knitters, not crocheters. c'mon guys!!
all you have to know how to do is the popcorn stitch and treble. if not, i can send you some basic instructions on how to make both stitches. also, you don't need to use the yarn i used for the pattern. simple granny hobby lobby acrylic will do just fine.
